On Wednesday the 22nd of May, the community team members went on an excursion. We went to Laurenston. We did activities about how it would be living as a person that is poor in the philippines. The name of this foundation was called Bayhay Tuluyan. Two young Philippines spoke about there lives and how they lived and slept in the street and had to scavenge for food to be able to survive. Bayhay Tuluyan has helped them and they now can live a bit more of a normal life that they should be living. They told us stories about things like people being born into there parents debt and having to work off there parents debt for most or all of there life. Over all it was a great day!!
